By accessing or using Blink ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. Use of the Service constitutes your acknowledgment that you are of legal age in your country and are permitted to use online services under local law.

2. Description of Service

Blink is a global microblogging platform that allows users to:

• Create and share posts ("Blinks") up to 500 characters
• Upload images and videos
• Interact with others through Pulses (likes), Loops (reposts), and Chimes (comments)
• Follow other users ("Links")

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of your password
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Be at least 13 years old or the minimum age of digital consent in your country
• Not use the Service if you are prohibited by your local laws or regulations

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post ("User Content"), but by submitting content, you grant Blink a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display that content as part of the Service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post unlawful, harmful, violent, threatening, abusive, or harassing content
• Post content that exploits, harms, or targets minors in any way
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Use the Service to spam, mislead, or manipulate others
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or user accounts
• Engage in behavior that violates the law in your jurisdiction

6. Content Moderation

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, or for any behavior that, in our sole discretion, disrupts the integrity of the platform or the safety of users.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Intellectual Property

The Blink name, design, and original features of the Service (excluding User Content) are the intellectual property of Blink and its creators. You may not use Blink’s branding or assets without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT ITS OPERATION, AVAILABILITY, OR RELIABILITY. YOUR USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

BLINK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blink and its creators from any claim or demand arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Any material changes will be communicated, and continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time using available tools or by contacting support.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Oklahoma, regardless of conflict of law rules. Use of the Service from outside the U.S. is at your own risk and must comply with applicable local laws.

15. Global Use Disclaimer

Blink is accessible worldwide. By using the Service, you confirm that your access and use comply with your local laws. If you are from a country with specific privacy or content laws (e.g., GDPR), you are responsible for ensuring that your use is lawful. We do not currently guarantee compliance with every international regulation and may restrict service in certain regions at our discretion.
